The Army Symphonic Band, heir to the oldest musical traditions of the Portuguese Army, is made up of 80 musicians, including wind, string and percussion sections, as well as several chamber music groups. It regularly collaborates with the Gulbenkian Orchestra, the Portuguese Symphony Orchestra, the Metropolitan Orchestra and the Orquestra Clássica do Centro.
